Amino had a ton of these on her blog so I wanted to give them a shot.  Most of them oddly are the same as Amino's while others aren't.  There are also a couple she hadn't taken yet.  Well the resaults are in so I shall stop blabbering…

You Should Get a PhD in Liberal Arts (like political science, literature, or philosophy)
You're a great thinker and a true philosopher.
You'd make a talented professor or writer.

What Advanced Degree Should You Get?

Well thats the idea isn't it? (Im currently BAing in Literature)

You Are 40% Left Brained, 60% Right Brained
The left side of your brain controls verbal ability, attention to detail, and reasoning.

Left brained people are good at communication and persuading others.

If you're left brained, you are likely good at math and logic.

Your left brain prefers dogs, reading, and quiet.

The right side of your brain is all about creativity and flexibility.

Daring and intuitive, right brained people see the world in their unique way.

If you're right brained, you likely have a talent for creative writing and art.

Your right brain prefers day dreaming, philosophy, and sports.

Are You Right or Left Brained?

Im almost ambi-brained!!!!!!!!!

You Should Be a Science Fiction Writer
Your ideas are very strange, and people often wonder what planet you're from.
And while you may have some problems being "normal," you'll have no problems writing sci-fi.
Whether it's epic films, important novels, or vivid comics…
Your own little universe could leave an important mark on the world!

What Type of Writer Should You Be?

Thats where I'm leaning to…Sci fi and Fantasy.

Your Five Factor Personality Profile
Extroversion:You have medium extroversion.
You're not the life of the party, but you do show up for the party.
Sometimes you are full of energy and open to new social experiences.
But you also need to hibernate and enjoy your "down time."

You have low conscientiousness.
Impulsive and off the wall, you don't take life too seriously.
Unfortunately, you sometimes end up regretting your snap decisions.
Overall, you tend to lack focus, and it's difficult for you to get important things done.

You have high agreeableness.
You are easy to get along with, and you value harmony highly.
Helpful and generous, you are willing to compromise with almost anyone.
You give people the benefit of the doubt and don't mind giving someone a second chance.

You have low neuroticism.
You are very emotionally stable and mentally together.
Only the greatest setbacks upset you, and you bounce back quickly.
Overall, you are typically calm and relaxed – making others feel secure.

Openness to experience:

Your openness to new experiences is high.
In life, you tend to be an early adopter of all new things and ideas.
You'll try almost anything interesting, and you're constantly pushing your own limits.
A great connoisseir of art and beauty, you can find the positive side of almost anything.

The Five Factor Personality Test

I don't agree about the 'agreeableness' part because I can be super stubborn at times.  I also disagree with the possitiveness under 'opennes to experience'.  I must admit I do tend to look on the postive side most of the time but I never or rarely ever voice them.  I usually am negitive when I voice my opinion about things. *shrugs*

Your Hair Should Be Orange

Expressive, deep, and one of a kind.
You pull off "weird" well – hardly anyone notices.

What's Your Funky Inner Hair Color?

I disagree with this…I believe my hair color should be green or blood red or black. Lol

You Are Teal Green

You are a one of a kind, original person. There's no one even close to being like you.
Expressive and creative, you have a knack for making the impossible possible.
While you are a bit offbeat, you don't scare people away with your quirks.
Your warm personality nicely counteracts and strange habits you may have.

What Color Green Are You?

Why thank you!

You Should Drive a Saturn Sky
You're sleek and smooth, and you need a car to match your hot persona.
Besides, sometimes you want your top up – and sometimes you want it down.

What 2007 Car Should You Drive?

I absolutely adore this car!!!!

Hero and the Crown

Title: The Hero and The Crown

Series:  Prequel to 'The Blue Sword'

Author:Robin McKinley

Pages: 240

Cost: $6.99

My Rating: C

Comment:  This book is definitely not one of Robin's better works though it is ok.  I probably wouldn't read this book again but I'm happy that I did actually read it.  It was interesting to a point yet very predictable.  Its more of a pre-teen book than a teenage/young adult one.  For the most part it flowed smoothly and the events progressed at a pace that kept you reading.  Its not the kind of book that is easily left unfinished.

Drum Roll ::1 Month Down 3 To Go::

Posted in My University Life on Saturday, March 25, 2006 by dragonsvamp

My life has been so hectic lately.  Even though I am taking one less class than I took last semester it still seems as if I can’t find any down time.  I’m running around from at least eight in the morning till most of the time midnight.  Even Mondays and Wednsdays are like that and on these two days I only have one 1 and1/2 hour class from 2-3.30 and thats it.  The other three days I have four classes from 9-10, 10-11, 12-1, and 3-4 but I get home exhausted and still I don’t get to bed until midnight.  What is it that I am doing that is more than last semester?  Last semester I took six classes and had so much more time.

Well to think of a few things, I joined the book club which I must say is keeping me insane enought to be able to bear life and all its sanity.  We read a book a month and this month its ‘Sophie’s World’.  I’ve read a couple chapters and am quite interested in it.  Anyone here read it?  If so what do you think about it?

I am also tutoring 3 second graders English.  I tutor around six hours a week.  I enjoy tutoring cuz one, its nice to have spending money on me and two, its just plain fun if you teach right and the students are wanting to learn.  Also, I am supposedly the editer of the uni’s magazine but so far I’ve only edited one issue out of the three/four that have been published since I joined the magazine.  Its a long story and I’m not about to sit and type it out.

But even though I seem to be more busy this semester I have written more in this one month and a half into the second semester than I have written in the whole of Fall semester itself.  Thanks to Amino and her amazing Fortnight Creations idea.

Midterms are looming coming ever nearer.  As a slow unhealthy sickly looking fog rolls into a city.  Though I must say that I am quite confident about them.  I don’t seem to be taking any classes that I suck at so I think I will do well.  Classes are same ol’ same ol’ extremely boring except for one or two of them.  I guess everything is finaly falling into a ruttein which I can’t stand.  I don’t know why but following a steady rutien for the rest of your life sounds rather too dull.  Even if it wasn’t for the rest of your life it still is dull while it lasts.

The Bone CollectorMovie: The Bone Collector

Cast: Denzel Washington, Angelina Jolie, Queen Latifah,

Year of release: November 1999

Genre: Action/Adventure, Drama, Thriller and Adaptation

Running Time: 1hours and 58minutes

Rating: R

Crtics’ Rating( N/A

My Rating: B+

Things I liked: This is a must see movie. I was completely captivated from the very begining. I love the character of Lincoln Rhyme, he is just awsome. The actors make a great job in being the characters. It was just great overall. I really liked how I was able to guess the places of the next murder before it is said but I was still in the dark regarding who the murderer is. I figured it out right before they showed him.

Things I did not like: Nothing I can think of right now.

I came across this from an email a friend sent me.  another friend asked the question following the quote.

“Sanity is the playground for the unimaginative”   We all love being insane, don’t we?

I totally agree with it.  What do you think?

Book Review ::The Ruins of Ambrai::

The Ruins of AmbraiTitle: The Ruins of Ambrai

Series:  Exiles Volume #1

Author: Melanie Rawn

Pages: 836

Cost: $7.99

My Rating: B (3.5 out of 5)

Comment: This was one awsome novel.  Its simply HUGE but it is worth reading.  The first thing that attracted me to this novel was the fact that the whole society is the opposite of what we have now.  The novel is based in a world that is woman dominated.  Very interesting.  It deals with magic and two groups/races of magic that are at war together.  But mainly its about three sisters who are horribly torn apart at a young age and become rivals.  Its a very very good read.

Book Review ::Pandora::

 PandoraTitle: Pandora

Series: New Tales of the Vampires

Author: Anne Rice

Pages: 344

Cost: $7.99

My Rating: C+ (3.0 out of 5)

Comment:   I really enjoyed reading this book.  It was smooth and flowed well with the usual few bumps.  However, it left quiet a few questions unanswered and quiet a few points were vague.  This is definately not one of her better works but it is still good and a must read for any Anne Rice fan.  The storyline is quiet simple but yet written very well.  It isn’t as dark as her other novels which is a nice change and the main character is a female which is another nice change.
